A short-term rental is a furnished living space that can be rented out for shorter periods of time compared to the regular annual rental lease. A short-term rental or vacation home is often considered an alternative to a hotel and usually poses far more amenities than a basic hotel room considering you have access to an entire property rather than just a room.
DTCM stands for Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. DTCM is the principal regulatory authority of the tourism sector in Dubai. Vacation Homes companies such as us have to ensure we comply with all DTCM standards and licenses to operate.
Absolutely, as an Owner, you can still stay at your property while it is managed by us. We do request that you book as in advance as possible to confirm your dates considering the calendar of the property is open on several booking channels for Guests to book at any time. During the peak season of November to March, if you choose to stay at your property, we do require our management fees for the period of the booking. However, during the rest of the year, you can stay at your property, free of charge.
The Owner is still responsible to pay for all the utility bills and service charges associated with the building. However, if you need assistance to make the payments on your behalf, we do have this option available to you at no additional cost. We can make the payments for you through your accounts and simply adjust the payments from the monthly earnings.
