Investors Guide

There is government fees for you to consider when you are purchasing an off-plan property. Agency fees are normally paid by the Developer for primary purchases.

• Dubai Land Department charges 4% of the property purchase price or valued price for registrations
• Oqood (Initial Contract of Sale) registration is AED 3000

Please note that the above fees are not always payable.  Developers may offer to cover the above fees on Buyer's behalf as an incentive to purchase.

1. Book a consultation and we will appoint a designated broker to conduct research into your requirements.
2. All off-plan projects presented we will have conducted due diligence on the Developer and project.
3. The property search will be conducted once a thorough understanding of your requirements is established.  We will get to work to present to you the best projects that are available in the market.
4. Projects presented will be dependent on your finances, reasons for investing and time frame for the investment.
5. Property viewings can be conducted both in person, via video & marketing material or via a live online viewing.
6. You will select the right property for you and your broker will guide you through the reservation process.
7. On completion of booking deposit and reservation payments you will receive the Purchase and Sales Agreement.
8. Follow the payment plan installments and you will be notified of your handover/key collection date by the Developer.
9. Our broker can provide updates on construction progress during this time.
10. We will offer additional support services including but not limited to; key collection, leasing, property management or vacations homes.
