Again for this shorter term visa the property can be mortgaged but a No Objection Certificate (NOC) will need to provided by your bank or the developer along with a property mortgage statement. If the property is jointly owned between husband and wife – then they must own equal shares in the property investment. If the shares are not equal then the highest shareholder will become the primary visa holder and then they can sponsor their spouse.

- A NOC from the bank if the property is mortgaged
