For expats considering whether to buy or rent property in Dubai, Zarah advises that ownership offers long-term financial benefits that renting can’t match. “In some communities, it’s actually cheaper to buy and pay a mortgage than to rent,” she explains. “Plus, property ownership provides a return on investment, making it a smart choice for expats looking to settle in Dubai.”
Zarah is also optimistic about the future of second homes and holiday rentals in Dubai. “Dubai is a global hub with strong rental income potential, especially with the rise of short-term vacation rentals. That’s why we launched Exclusive Links Vacation Homes in 2022, to help second homeowners maximise their rental income.”
